If you have a Specialist degree (obtained before 2014), you are also eligible to apply for a state-funded place. Specialist and Master's graduates are not eligible for state-funded places, as Master's studies would be considered a second higher education, which can only be obtained on a contract basis.

No, you can't. You can apply to a maximum of five Master's programs.
Full-time students have classes in the evening, making it possible to combine studies with work.
Dormitories are provided to students upon request on a waiting list basis. Priority for dormitory placement is given to students receiving social scholarships, as well as foreign citizens studying on a state-funded place (within the quota).

Starting from the first semester, master's students begin working on a research project, which can be carried out at Sechenov University, FSBEI HE "ROSBIOTECH," or at leading research centers, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies. Laboratory and practical classes will be held at the A. P. Nelyubin Institute of Pharmacy of Sechenov University, located at 96 Vernadsky Avenue, building 1, Moscow, within walking distance of the Troparevo metro station, and at other Sechenov University campuses located in the center of Moscow. Classes at ROSBIOTECH will be held at the campus located at 33 Talalikhina Street, Moscow, and at the campus located at 11 Volokolamskoe Highway, Moscow.
